8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces shredded cheese
Tortilla chips

Spread softened cream cheese into a microwavable baking dish. Pour chili over the top of cream cheese. Cover with shredded cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
