1 - 1/2 lbs. ground beef, lean
12 Corn tortillas

Condiments (put in individual bowls or on a platter):
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
1 avocado, cubbed
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup Jack cheese, grated
Salsa, one mild, medium & hot

Directions:
Directions:
Take one tablespoon of beef and press onto half of the corn tortilla. Fold over and continue until you use all the tortillas & beef. Heat a large skillet with two inches of oil until very hot. Place folded tortilla into oil and fry until crisp and turn and cook until golden brown and meat is done. About two minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towl. Serve with condiments inside taco or on top and use a fork and knife to eat it!

I r5eally do not care for ground beef tacos, but this country they are very populare. This is a simple variation that I like very muuch
