Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or oil
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp dry milk powder
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 packet or 2 1/4 tsp. active dried yeast

Additional ingredients for Monkey Bread:
cinnamon and sugar mixture in a small bowl
powdered sugar icing made from butter, vanilla, powdered sugar and milk

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Add all the ingredients to your bread machine in the order they are listed. Bread machines vary, please add the wet or dry ingredients first depending upon your model.
2.) Set your bread machine to the "Dough" setting and press start.
3.) When your machine beeps at the cycle's end, grease a 13x9 inch pan or two 8-inch pans.
4.) Butter your hands to shape dough into rolls and place them into your greased pan. This is the point you would roll the dough in the cinnamon/sugar mixture before placing the ball in the pan.
5.) Let the rolls rise in a warm place until doubled, about 25 minutes.
6.) After about 20 minutes, preheat the oven to 350º and then insert the pans of rolls.
7.) Bake until lightly browned and no longer doughy in the middle, 15-20 minutes.
8.) Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly.
9.) Rub the roll tops with butter or for Monkey Bread, spread on the icing.
Yields about 24 rolls

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My family has been enjoying these rolls for years. We sometimes bake one pan of regular rolls to eat with a meal and one pan of Monkey Bread for dessert. These rolls also work great for sandwich or hamburger sliders.
