1 & 1/2 to 2 lbs. lean hamburger
1 small onion (chopped finely)
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 & 1/2 c. water
1 small can sliced olives
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. grated cheese
1 package of 12 taco shells (break in half)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and garlic; drain off fat and add tomato sauce, water, olives, flour, vinegar and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes. Butter oblong baking dish and layer meat sauce and taco shells, beginning and ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese over the top and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
