1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tbsp. minced garlic
11 C. chopped cabbage (1 lg. head of cabbage usually does it)
1 15 oz. can pinto beans
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
½ C. ketchup
1.5 tsp chili powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, celery and garlic until no longer pink. Drain and add to a crock-pot. Add remaining ingredients to the crock-pot and cook on high for 4 hrs, or low 6-8 hrs.

Serve with sour cream and cheese.
