1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c/ butter or margarine
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. (or more) milk chocolate chips (I like more)

Directions:
Butter 9x9 baking pan. Spread nuts in pan. Heat sugar and butter to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, 7 minutes. Immediately spread mixture evenly over nuts in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot mixture. Place another baking sheet over the pan so contained heat will melt the chips. Spread melted chocolate over candy. While hot cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Chill until firm.
