GARLIC OR GARLIC POWDER
THINLY SLICED TOMATOES
2 OZ MOZZARELLA CHEESE, PARMENSAN CHEESE OR MIXED BLEND

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375º

ON MEDIUM OR LARGE BAKING SHEET
PLACE ZUCCHINI SLICES ON BAKING SHEET
BRUSH WITH OLIVE OIL.
TOP WITH GARLIC OR GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE.
TOP WITH TOMATOES, SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE. ADD MOZZARELLA OR PARMENSAN CHEESE OR MIX BLEND TO TOP
BAKE AT 375º FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL SOFT.
