2 beaten eggs
1 box (71\2 oz.) Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (8oz.) container sour cream
1 (8oz.) can creamed corn
1 (7oz.) can whole kernel corn, well drained
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease an 8 inch square or small Casserole dish. Non-stick cooking spray is also acceptable.
Mix all ingredients and pour into pan; bake 35-45 minutes

If doubling the recipe, I recommend longer baking time in a 13 x 9 pan or 2 8 inch square pans splitting the batter evenly.
