2 Jeremiah 17:11--- eggs
1 c. Jeremiah: 6:20--sugar
1 Tbsp. Psalm 55:21, melted -- butter
1\4 c. 1 Kings 4:22 -- flour
1\4 tsp. Leviticus 2:13-- salt
3\4 c. Numbers 17:8 chopped -- almonds
1 c. Nahum 3:12 chopped-- dates or figs
1\2 tsp. Galatians 5:8-- baking powder
1 tsp. Numbers 17:8 -- almond flavoring

Frosting
Jeremiah 6:20 --powdered sugar and water

Directions:

Beat Jeremiah 17:11(eggs) until light and fluffy. Add Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar) and Psalm 55:21 (melted butter). Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add chopped ingredients and flavoring. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured shallow pan. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cut into bars and glaze with Jeremiah 6:20 and water.
