2 eggs
4 cups chopped apples (Golden Delicious work well)
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
½ cup chopped walnuts

2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Add the apples, sugar, oil and walnuts.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
Combine with the apple mixture and mix well.
Pour into a 9X12X3 pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
