8 oz. can Crescent Dinner Rolls
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 to 1 1/4 c. cubed cooked ham
1 to 1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
9 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 T. chopped green pepper (I like more)
1 large tomato
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place triangles in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or 9x13 inch pan; press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust.
Seal perforations.
Beat eggs with Italian seasoning; pour into dough-lined pan.
Top with ham, mozzarella cheese, broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.
