1-2 lbs. Cubed beef
1 15 oz can LIBBY'S whole kernel corn
1 15 oz can LIBBY'S cut green beans
1 15 oz can LIBBY'S sweet peas
16 oz bag of mini carrots
2 1/2 lbs. of cubed potatoes
3 packs of Beef Stew MIx (pick up at any grocery store found with the dry gravy mixes)

In a large crock pot add beef cubes and season to taste, salt, pepper, garlic salt, I add (Grill Mates) ultimate steak seasoning, slow cook over night on low next morning add beef stew seasoning, potatoes & carrots cook another 4 hours then add, peas, corn & green beans. Continue to cook until veggies are hot!

Easy version: Add all ingredients except the beef stew seasoning packets slow cook overnight, next morning add beef stew seasoning packets and continue to cook on low until time to serve!

This stew is great when in a hurry or for those that want a quick easy meal. I cooked stew let cool, refrigerate over night. Next day I put enough stew in a quart size freezer bag and freeze. I can usually make 8-12 quart size freezer bags. Thaw individual bags as needed. Usually 15-20 minutes and heat & serve. I Love making this stew and freezing for a quick meal especially during the winter. Serve popping hot with your favorite cornbread or buttered crackers! This is a family favorite made with lots of LOVE! May your family love it as much as mine!!! :)
