2 c. raisins
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 large egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF, Spray 9" x 13" cake pan.
Cook raisins in 1/2 cups water for 10 minutes. Drain set aside. Beat butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy. At low speed add oats, flour, soda and mix well. Press half mixture into pan.

Combine egg yolks, sour cream, sugar and cornstarch over medium heat cook constantly until thickened. Stir in raisins and vanilla pour over oat mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool
