2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cups crushed walnuts
1 egg yolk
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
Confectioner's sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together until they form a soft dough. Cut small pieces of dough and roll into 1" logs and bend into crescent shape.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. When cool, dust with confectioner's sugar.
