3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 -3 medium mashed rupe bananas
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350º. Greason bottom only of 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pan
-In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine until light and fluffy
-Beat in eggs
-Add bananas, milk and vanilla, blend well
-In small bown, combine flour baking soda and salt - mix
-Add flour mix to banana mixture, stir just until dry ingredients are moistened
-Pour into greased pan
-Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
-Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan
-After cooled, store in refrigerator

Can add 1/2 cup chopped nuts to banana mixture, if desired
