1 1/2 lbs rurbarb
Lemon squeeze
1 cup sugar
4 egg whites
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-cook a pie shell and fill with cut and sugared strawberries.

Boil rurbarb, sugar and lemon squeeze.
Beat 4 egg whites, til stiff.
Fold in rurbarb mixture.
Beat until stiff again.
Place on top of strawberries.
