1 3/4 butter or margarine
3 1/2 cups sugar
7 eggs
3 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (1 lg can)
4 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 1/2 cups raisins or chocolate drops
3 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
7 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs
Add dry ingredients, vanilla and raisins.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
