4 large potatoes, diced
2 TBPS butter
1/4 cup green peppers (optional)
1/2 cup onion
2 cups cold water
1 tsp salt
3 TBSP flour
scant of paprika
2 cups milk
1 (12oz) canned milk
2 cups ham chunks
Dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper.
Add potatoes, water and seasonings.
Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Make a paste of flour and 1/2 cup water. Add it to potato mixture.
Stir in milk until slightly thickened.
Add undrained corn and ham.
Heat and serve.
