2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg

Filling:
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 10 ounce jar preserves (apricot, raspberry or peach)
Mix together.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix at low speed. Press 1/2 crumbs in 9" x 13" pan. Make filling and spread over crumb mixture, then sprinkle the rest of the crumbs over the top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Great served cold.
