6 eggs
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts (drained)
1 can bamboo shoots (drained)
1 cup cooled chicken, pork or shrimp
1 tsp accent
2-3 tsp salt
3 tsp cornstarch

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Fry in well greased skillet as a pancake.
Make just before serving.
