2 lbs hamburger
2 onions, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onions and drain off excess liquid. Add taco seasoning and pour into a well greased 9x11" baking pan. Mix eggs, Bisquick and milk. Mix well and pour over hamburger and bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes. Take from oven and put 1 1/2 cup grated cheese on top and bake for 10 more minutes.
