7 cups flour
1 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
3 cups warm water
1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
Potatoes
Cheese whiz
Onions

Directions:
Directions:
1 batch makes approximately 180 perogies. Need 3/4 full Dutch oven pot of potatoes.

Mix all dough ingredients well and set aside. Cook potatoes and drain and mash. Add Cheese Whiz and onion as desired.

Roll dough into a thin layer. Cut with large mouth glass or cutter. Fill with about 2 tbsp of potatoes or enough to just pinch dough together to stay formed. Place on floured cookie sheet. Once sheet is full put in freezer and freeze until frozen. Store in zip lock bags until ready to use.
