1/4 POUND EACH FROM THE DELI: SLICED ROAST BEEF, SLICED HAM, SLICED TURKEY BREAST, SLICED CAPICOLA, SLICED MORTADELLA, SLICED GENOA SALAMI, SLICED PROVOLONE CHEESE
RED ONION, SLICED
PICKLED JALAPENO, SLICED
MAYONNAISE
MUSTARD
ONE TOMATO, SLICED THIN
2 CUPS SHREDDED LETTUCE
1TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 1/2 TBSP RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
GARLIC SALT
BLACK PEPPER

SLICE THE BREAD IN HALF, LENGTHWISE. WARM IN OVEN
PUT SHREDDED LETTUCE IN A BOWL AND TOSS WITH OLIVE OIL AND VINEGARS AND A GOOD SPRINKLE OF GARLIC SALT. WHEN THE BREAD IS WARM, SPREAD MAYONNAISE ON BOTH SIDES. SPREAD MUSTARD ON ONE HALF. LAYER THE MEATS AND CHEESE ON THE BOTTOM HALF. LAYER TOMATO AND ONION SLICES ON TOP OF MEATS. ADD JALAPENO SLICES IF USING. TOP WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE, PUT TOP OF BREAD ON AND PRESS DOWN.
