1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Bunch of Green Onions-Sliced
1 Large Onion-Chopped very small
1 Cup of Carrots-Chopped very small (size of green pea)
1 Cup of Frozen Peas- Thawed
3 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt and Pepper-To Taste
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Cauliflower very fine. About the size of a grain of rice.

In a large frying pan pour in Sesame Oil and Garlic until garlic is clear. Add in Carrots and simmer for 5 minutes to soften carrots.
Add in Cauliflower and stir well. Cook until soft but not mushy.
Once Cauliflower is semi soft, add in peas and stir well.
Add Whisked egg and mix well to hold ingredients together. Fry at high temp for a few minutes to get egg cooked.
Add in rest of ingredients.

Serve hot and top with additional soy sauce. Low fat! Add in Shredded chicken or beef if desired.
