1 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil (or same amount apple sauce)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk (milk with a splash of vinegar)
2 cups shredded zucchini
(if using frozen zucchini make sure you drain off excess liquid)
2 1/2 cups flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. In another bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini then add to greased 9X13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and make at 325ºF for 40-50 minutes.
So moist and yummy. Can not even tell there is zucchini in it.
