1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, chopped
1 1/3 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 1/3 cup Minute Rice
1 1/2 cup cooked peas
1 7oz can tuna or salmon, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, onion, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Layer rice, peas and tuna in a 2 quart casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over layered rice, and mix. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 375ºF to 400ºF for 25 to 30 minutes.
