13 Cups dry bread cubes
1 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Cup Onion, chopped
3 sticks Butter, melted
2 t. Salt
1 t. Pepper
1 1/2 T. Poultry Seasoning
2 Cups Chicken Stock (Broth)
2 Eggs (I don't think Grandma added eggs)

Directions:

Put everything is a very large bowl and mix, mix, mix!
Spray a large baking dish with vegetable spray.
Put the dressing in the pan and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Mom used to cut bread into cubes and leave it in a bowl to "dry out" the night before Thanksgiving. She always had "innards" on the stove for extra broth if the dressing seemed to dry.
The Sudhoff family always added dried fruit to their dressing and sometimes sausage but the Robeys always liked ours plain.
