6 lb. Boneless Ham
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Honey
2 t. Cornstarch
1/4 t. Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Have your butcher slice the ham into "sandwich slices" about 1/4" thick.
In a medium saucepan or microwave safe bowl heat the sauce ingredients until it forms a nice thick glaze. Let cool to room temp.
Put the sliced ham in a large zip lock bag or a cooking bag.
Pour glaze over ham and let marinade overnight.
Put ham and glaze in Crock Pot and cook on low just until heated through and then turn to a warm setting.

I serve this every year at my annual Christmas party and it's always a big hit!
A little sweet and a little heat in the glaze is perfect with ham.
I usually serve with sweet Hawaiian rolls and a variety of mustards.
