Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 Lbs of chicken livers
1 medium onion (chopped)
Salt & pepper
2 chicken Boulion cubes
8 oz of cream cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Saute livers and onion in a little butter, until the onions are translucent.
Add a little water with the salt, pepper and boulion cubes. Cook until all the liquid is gone.
Grind mixture, add soften cream cheese. Stir until smooth.
A food processor could br used in place of the grinding.
Form it in a roll or put it a serving container and refrigerate.
