1C butter, softened.
2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
2 C Buttermilk or homemade buttermilk - 2 C milk plus 2 T vinegar or lemon juice
4 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda

Cinnamon Sugar:
2/3 C Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, 2 C sugar and eggs. Add milk, flour and baking soda. Put 1/2 of batter (or a little less) into greased loaf pans. (1/4 in each pan)
Mix separate bowls the cinnamon sugar ingredients.
Sprinkle 3/4 of mixture on top of batter in pans; add remaining batter; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Swirl with knife. Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing.
