Dice 1/2 cup onions
Dice 2 cloves garlic
Slice one sweet potato into 1/2 think circles
Salt and pepper
Hand full of Kale
1 tablespoon Dijon,
1 tablespoon honey
1 apple sliced
Ham tenderloin, 1/2 lb. per serving.

Dice 1/2 cup onions
Dice 2 cloves garlic
Slice one sweet potatoe into 1/2 think circles
Lightly oil baking sheet
Salt and pepper potatoes and put on sheet for 24 minutes flipping them half way
Heat splash of oil in large skillet
Add onions and garlic till onions soft. Wilt kale in same pan. Remove and save drippings in pan.
Salt, pepper and Heat tenderloin (med/high heat) in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then place on same baking sheet in oven for ten minutes.
Sauce: slice an Apple salt and pepper them. In same skillet as has been used. Add one tablespoon Dijon, one tablespoon honey, place apples in pan. Stir until apples tender. If sauce starts to get thick, add splash water till complete. (Med heat). Then assembl
