CAKE

1 box Swiss Chocolate cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups buttermilk


FROSTING

1 - 8oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 - 16 oz cool whip

Directions:

CAKE

Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs and buttermilk

Mix well and pour into 3 - 9" round pans

Bake 350º for 25 to 30 minutes

FROSTING

Combine all and mix well

Spread between layers, on top and sides

Store in refrigerator
