6-8 oz. raw, whole milk yogurt or kefir*
1 egg
1 small fistful baby spinach leaves (about 6-8 leaves)
2 Tb. frozen wild blueberries
5-6 frozen cranberries
1 Tb. ground flax seed
1 Tb. chia seeds
1 Tb. hemp seed hearts

*Can substitute coconut milk.


Add-ins:

1 Tb. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients in a blender, wet ingredients first. Blend until desired consistency. Pour into insulated drink holder. Best if chilled in freezer for about 5 minutes.
