1/2 # chicken breasts - cubed
2 cans [14.5oz] chicken broth
2 cups frozen corn
1 can [15 oz] black beans - rinsed and drained
1 can [10 oz] diced tomatoes w/green chilies.
1 jalapeno pepper - seeded and chopped
2 T minced fresh cilantro
3 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 T cornstarch
18 tortilla chips
Shredded Mexican Cheese blend

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken 4 to 6 minutes.
Add broth reserving 2 T.
Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Mix cornstarch and the 2 T broth and add to soup.
Simmer until thickened.
Serve with chips and cheese and sour cream.
