10 bacon strips - diced
1 large onion - chopped
1 cup diced carrots
3 T flour
3 cups milk
1-1/2 cups water
2-1/2 cups cubed potatoes
1 can [15-1/4 oz] whole kernal corn - drained
2 tsp chicken granules
pepper to taste
3 cups [qw oz] shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups fuly cooked ham

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp. and remove to paper towel.
Saute onions and carrots in drippings until tender.
Add cheese and ham - heat until cheese melt.
Stir in bacon.
