1-1/2 lb cubed elk or moose
6 medium potatoes
3 carrots
1 whole yellow onion, roughly chopped
2 T beef bouillon
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T oregano leaves
3 cloves garlic
3/4 cup cornstarch
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute cubed meat on high heat in own juices with garlic, onion, salt and pepper until meat is browned.
Place cooked meat, potatoes, carrots, beef bouillion, Worcestershire sauce, and oregano in crock pot.
Mix cornstarch with 1-1/2 cups warm water and add to crock pot, mixing well.
Cover ingredients with 1/2 inch of water.
Turn temperature to high and cook for 5 hours.
