1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 pound raspberries
1/2 lime and zest

For Blackberry Sorbet: Substitute 1 lb Blackberries for Raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Puree berries with the syrup, juice and zest of the lime.
Strain seeds out of mixture.
Chill and churn.
