1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
1 egg white
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

For Lime or Grapefruit Sorbet: Substitute equal parts lime or grapefruit juice in place of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, heat water and sugar until is dissolved.
Temper egg white with syrup.
Mix in juice.
Chill and churn.
