2 cups blood orange juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon triple sec or Grand Marnier
4 tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 cup heavy cream, very cold

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Churn.

For Grapefruit Sherbet: Substitute 2 cups grapefruit juice
