1 - 3 lb. pork loin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. poultry seasonING
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbs. olive oil

Dipping sauce:
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500°. Combine spices in small bowl. Rub meat with olive oil, then rub with spices until coated evenly. Bake on a roasting rack in a shallow uncovered roaster @ 500° for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° for 1 1/2 hours or to desired temperature.

Dipping sauce: Combine all ingredients & refrigerate. Serve with loin as a dipping sauce or spread.
