1 cup AP flour
1/4 cup cocoa
8 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup stout (or any dark beer)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift together the flour and cocoa into a medium bowl.
Melt 3 oz of semi-sweet chocolate.
In a small pan, over medium heat, melt the butter until just golden brown.
Pour brown butter into small bowl. Scrape the pan to get the brown bits.
In the bowl beat together the eggs and sugar until thick and shiny, about 2 minutes.
Alternately adding flour mixture and beer.
Add vanilla and fold in chips.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
