1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Gooey Yummy Mix
8 ounces cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Crust
Mix and put into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts over crust mixture.

Gooey Mix
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and butter. Spread over crust and bake 35-45 minutes at 350º. Cool and cut into squares
