2 bags frozen broccoli
1 can mushrooms and liquid
1 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs, well beaten
1 medium onion grated
1 cup water chestnuts sliced
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup plain corn flakes crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Mix all other ingredients together except for cheese and broccoli. Pour over broccoli and stir gently. Top with cheese and crushed corn flakes. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 º
