3 1/2 cup water
1 cup rice
1 tsp. salt
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can chicken rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Bring water to boil in saucepan, add rice and salt and cover. Remove from heat and let stand while preparing rest of ingredients. Brown beef, add celery and onion. Cook for 5 minutes. Add butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, mushrooms, soup, rice (including water). Mix well. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
