4 egg yolks
1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
7 ounces coconut flakes
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks, milk, and vanilla in a large saucepan with wire whisk.
Add sugar and butter.
Cook on medium heat for 12 minutes or until thickened and golden brown, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, coconut, and pecans.
