1 lb hamburger
1 large onion chopped fine
1 cup cooked, unsalted rice
1 TBSP soy sauce
1 cup diced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Brown the beef and onion.
Simmer celery in enough water to cover them. Simmer until tender, drain,
Mix rice, soy sauce, soup, celery, hamburger and onion together in a large bowl.
Place 1/2 of the noodles in a lightly greased casserole dish.
Pour mixture over the noodles.
Add other 1/2 of noodles.
Pour rest of mixture over the noodles.

Bake for 60 minutes.

Grandma says to not add salt, as there is enough in the soy sauce and soups to season this dish,
