1 cup chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted
10 ounces raspberries
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup half and half
24 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix graham crackers and butter.
Press in springform and pre-bake.
In a large saucepan, cook raspberries, sugar, cornstarch and water until it thickens.
Strain seeds out of sauce.
Melt chocolate in half and half over double boiler
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar.
Beat eggs one at a time.
Blend chocolate and vanilla.
Pour batter into springform, drop sauce into batter and swirl.
Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees in a water bath.
Turn off oven and leave in for an hour. Refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours to set.
