4 cups pecans
1/4 cups Karo waffle syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring syrup, sugar and butter to a boil. coat pecans, spread in pan with a narrow edge that is lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 300º. Check and stir every 5 mintues.

These are Jewel Maxwell's famous pecans. She was Mim-maw's neighbor and friend. She made these every year for her and Paw-paw and my dad at Christmas.
