1 large onion sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp paprika
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. celery seeds

In 2 quart saucepan, saute onions and garlic in oil until opaque, but not brown (3 min). Combine water with vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon juice, sugar, ketchup, paprika, Tabasco sauce, and celery seeds. Stir to melt sugar. Add onion, garlic mixture and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 min. stirring occassionally.
