6 or 8 boneless Pork Shoulder Spare Ribs
1/3 c Vinegar
2 T Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
3 cloves of Garlic minced
1 Bay Leaf (broken in thirds)
1 T Sugar
1/2 c Water
2 T Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan add all ingredients except Pork and Canola Oil. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. While that is cooking, trim fat and cut spare ribs in to chunks. In frying pan brown pork in the canola oil. Add to sauce pan and bring back to a boil. Now reduce heat to medium low (rapid simmer) and cook for about 45 minutes or until meat is tender.

Best if served with Vigo Spanish Rice.
